Uddhav Poddar - Managing Director
Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director & Group CEO of Bhumika Group, is an Honours Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He hails from Poddar family with business interests in Construction, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Logisticsfor over 58 years.
Before joining the family business, he did his internship with M/s Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (one of India’s top Cement Manufacturers) and the training extended to all areas of Management viz, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Administration. Subsequently, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of First Capital IndiaLimited, an New Delhi based NBFC.

A young and dynamic leader, he has spun off from the family business and established Bhumika Group, which has attained many successes in a short span of time. The Group has reached a new level under his leadership and he is a true example of inspiration for many.

He is also the President (Year 19-20) of Enterprenuers Organisation(EO) for The Jaipur Chapter. EO, formerly the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO), is a renowned global, non-profit membership organization that propels business owners onto a path of greater business and personal fulfillment through direct peer-to-peer learning, connection to experts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Members of the Jaipur Chapter are top industrialists from myriad industries across Rajasthan.
He is also a Founder member of SCAI (Shopping Center Association of India). SCAI, a NPO (non-profit organization) has been set up with the vision to engage in, and encourage, the development of the shopping center industry in India.
In ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry Of India) he is also Co- Chairman of the National Council on EASE OF DOING BUSINESS and a member of the management committee.
He was recently invited to speak at the 5th Edition of the UAE-INDIA Economic Forum held in Dubai, he was the youngest on the panel of speakers and the only person representing the real estate industry.
He is an avid sports addict and Cricket Player having played for Delhi Cricket Association.

He is a dynamic businessman aged 60 years having vast experience in running the business and he is actively engaged in import of Aluminum Panels, Sanitary wares, S.S. railings, Wooden Floorings, Steam and Sauna bath, Sanitary Fittings and Hardware etc.Surendra Singh Pagaria – Director
He is a B.E. (Hons) In Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and M. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. He has over 40 years of work experience in Various Public and Private Sector Industries at Very Senior levels.Aditya Chamaria – Director
He has over 25 years of experience in Tourism purpose projects by way of manufacturing & installation of ropeways, Bridges, commercial, Retail and Real Estate. He is associated with Damodar Ropeways & Infra Limited (DRIL). DRIL has been in construction business with specialization in building bulk material handling plants such as Aerial Ropeways, Coal Handling Plants, etc. on turnkey basis since 1974.Their past projects include:
- CONSTANTIA, one of the largest building in central Kolkata having 185000 sq.ft area.
- 2 Rowland Road Residential complex in Central Kolkata, one of the first residential complexes built over 100 kottah of land comprising of 6 buildings.
- Passenger Ropeway at Science city, Kolkata which is a 650 PPH pulsated monocable ropeway.
- Passenger Ropeway at Shri Naina Deviji Temple, Himachal Pradesh having 800 PPH capacities.
